Shipping Policy


Plum strives to get your merchandise to you as quickly as possible. We offer Priority Mail shipping via USPS in the United States for a flat rate of $10 per order. Orders are shipped within three (3) days of purchase. Orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days.

All items are sanitized before shipping. We recommend sanitizing the outside of the box before bringing it inside your home as a safety precaution.

Once your package ships, we will email you a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or stolen packages. If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered and you have not received it, please contact USPS. If a package is lost or stolen, Plum is not responsible for refunding or replacing merchandise. Please ensure that your shipping address is a safe place to receive packages!

We are sorry but at this time, we do not ship to the US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, or Guam. In addition, we do not ship internationally.

Local Pick-up

For our local customers, we offer the option to purchase online and pick-up at Plum Bainbridge (124 Winslow Way E, Bainbridge Island, WA 98110). Feel free to call with requests and purchase by phone: (206) 201-3654. Your order will be processed within 24 hours, and you can pick up your purchase in a lockbox outside of Plum. We will email you the combination code to the lockbox, and you can pick up at your own convenience.

Gift Wrapping

If your purchase is a gift, let us know, and we will wrap it in our signature Plum gift box with a ribbon and Plum postcard. In the order comments, please write, “This is a gift,” and tell us how you’d like the card signed.
