Meet the Plumettes

Marci Aguirre
Marci enjoys needlework, reading, music, biking, and walking along any of the Island waterfronts. Every day is spent enjoying life with her husband and cat, Hannah, and all the rest of her family.
Joan Basel
Joan, often called Joanie by friends and family, has lived on Bainbridge for 40 years. She loves spending time with her two daughters, five grandchildren and four grand dogs! Her free time is spent walking, golfing, knitting, gardening in her courtyard, and reading.
Dané Bissell
When off of her yoga mat, Dané will head for hiking trails and mountains for outdoor adventure. Dané loves interior design, volunteering and keeping up with friends across the country.
Theresa Collier
Theresa loves creating in the kitchen, especially making desserts. She also enjoys spending time playing outside any time of the year.
Kathy Connelly
Kathy keeps pretty busy with knitting—often doing sweater repairs, finishing and consultation for customers, and personal knitting projects as well as an occasional outfit for Plum Mouse. She also plays the viola with the Bainbridge Symphony Orchestra and has been a member since 1983.
Katherine Hanson
Katherine enjoys exploring the trails of Bainbridge with her Sheltie, Ayla and spending time in her garden. When not outside, she loves to try new recipes and cook for friends.
Megan Ledoux
Megan loves gardening with her husband and her golden retriever, Ladybird. When not gardening, the three of them are often hiking or remodeling their home. (Ladybird is a HUGE help!) Megan also enjoys yoga, rowing, skiing, and traveling to visit her three kids. Adventures in dining, travel, and discovering new books with friends and family make her smile!
Monika Peterson
Monika loves doing yoga, gardening, and spending time with her grandchildren. She is also the proud owner of a Sheltie, Greta.
Toni Schneider
Toni enjoys gardening with her husband, Fred, along with walking and reading. She usually comes home from walks on the beach with stones in her pocket.
Marilyn Wallace
Born and raised in Southern California, Marilyn still has a little bit of that “California girl” in her but fully adopted the Pacific Northwest as her home as of 1983. In her free time, Marilyn enjoys gatherings with family, a vigorous walk (preferably on a trail), a game of Pickleball, a good book, and a tasty cup of tea.
Plum Mouse
