Returns and Exchanges


We gladly accept returns for a full refund or exchange within seven (7) days of receipt of item. All returned merchandise must be in new, unworn condition with all original tags attached. Any items that are worn, washed, damaged, or missing original tags may not be returned or exchanged.

Items Purchased in Store

If purchased in store, your return or exchange must be made within seven (7) days of the original purchase date. We honor a full refund for any items sold at full price. Returns on any items sold at sale prices will be honored with store credit only. Items reduced in sale greater than 50% are final sale. Returns and exchanges may be made in-store at Plum. All in-store purchases are final after seven (7) days from original purchase date.

Items Purchased Online

If purchased online your return or exchange must be postmarked within seven (7) days of your order delivery date. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and any additional shipping of an exchange item. We honor a full refund for any items sold at full price. Returns of any items sold at sale prices will be honored with store credit only. Items reduced in sale greater than 50% are final sale. All online purchases are final after seven (7) days of original purchase.
